The Unfold Space Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us") is a coaching practice incorporated in Singapore. This policy explains how we handle personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
Contact details you provide (name, phone number, email, WhatsApp or Instagram handle); information you share in enquiries and coaching sessions; booking and payment records. We do not collect data from anyone under 18, as we do not provide services to minors.
To respond to enquiries, schedule and deliver coaching, process payments, keep brief session notes that help us serve you well, and send administrative messages about your bookings. We do not send marketing messages without your consent, and we never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
What you share in coaching stays confidential. The narrow exceptions are those required by law, or where there is a serious and imminent risk of harm to you or another person.
Data is stored on password protected devices and reputable service providers (e.g., WhatsApp, email, payment processors), some of which may store data outside Singapore under their own safeguards. We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete it securely.
